At Urban Ops Armory we take our business and customer's very seriously. We will do our best to process your order in a timely and efficient manner. We work diligently to provide you with prompt order information. Due to the fact that we use outside shipping companies, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays once the product has left our care. We will do our best to make you, the customer, pleased with your experience. If you receive your product in a damaged condition, contact us immediately. We will do our best to replace the item and expedite processing and shipping of the replacement item so that you are satisfied with your purchase from our company.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person, company, agency, or organization at any time, for any reason whatsoever. We will not ship to any person under 18 years of age, by shopping here you agree that you are 18 or older. Restricted items will be shipped Adult Signature Required. Price and availability are subject to change without notice. However, we do our best to provide our customers with up to date product information.
- Order Processing and Shipping time begins after the order verification process has been completed.
- Orders normally ship in 24-48 house. Please note, custom products will take longer to ship.
- If you refuse shipment, we will issue a credit for the product minus shipping costs on receipt of the refused products.
- A minimum fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee may be charged.
- We ship internationally to over 100 countries worldwide using US Mail/UPS.
- We ship to APO and FPO addresses via USPS.
- We have the right to change your shipping service to another carrier, with the same delivery time if not better. If we change your shipping method on our terms we will pay any extra shipping costs that we may incur for the shipment of your item. This will not include any services that you may request from the carrier.
- If you pay by check, your order will NOT be shipped until the check has cleared, usually 10 business days.
- Free Shipping is US Only as well as APO/FPO.
- If you selected UPS Ground Shipping, after your order is processed (usually 1 to 2 days) your shipping time will be 5 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. We ship to most of the USA in 3-4 Days. If you live on the East coast you will normally see a shipment in 1-2 days.
- Urban Ops cannot guarantee shipping times and dates. We use third-party carriers to ship our products. Therefore, once an order is processed and a parcel has left our care, we have no control over its delivery. However, we insure every package that we send out.
Calculate Shipping Cost
- Your shipping cost depends upon the options you choose.
- $2.00 is added to every order for packaging materials and labor.
- Oversize items have an additional shipping charge.
Back Order Policy
- Your order will be processed and shipped minus any back orders. If we are temporarily out of stock on items you ordered, we will ship it as soon as we receive it.
- All back order items will be shipped using ground service unless other arrangements are made.
- Due to fluctuations in availability, we reserve the right to substitute items ordered with similar products of equal or greater value.
- If you have received a partial shipment and do not want the back ordered item(s) please contact us immediately!
Delays or cancellation of orders may be the result of the following:
- Because of the nature of the products that Urban Ops supplies, we must perform an extensive validation of orders, this may include verification of shipping and billing information, phone calls to customers, verification of valid e-mail, and cardholder information and cardholder authorization.
- Please be patient during the order validation process. Any mistakes in the information you have supplied to us may result in significant delays.
- Processing of an order will take between 24 and 48 hours during regular business days, Monday through Friday.
- Shipping time is calculated after order processing and verification is complete.
- Payment by check. Your order will not be shipped until the check has cleared (usually 10 business days.)
- Ship to and bill to addresses do not match.
- Cardholder name and ship to name do not match.
- No immediate response or verification from e-mail or telephone numbers supplied by you.
- Declined or rejected credit card
- Order verification protects you the CUSTOMERS from FRAUD. So, please be patient.
|International Shipping Policy
||Although we will ship our products to the countries listed under the shipping options, it is your responsibility to ensure the products are not restricted in your country. If for whatever reason, your product is held up or returned, Urban Ops Armory will not take responsibility for any delays, returns, or confiscation. In addition, you are soly responsible for paying any custom fees or import taxes. If merchandise is confiscated by customs we will not be held responsible for return of payment.
If merchandise is returned due to product restriction, the transaction will be refunded minus any restocking fees in addition to any shipping charges.

|Do you ship to my country?
||Please create an account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. Please contact support for more info.
|What are my payment choices?
||During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
|When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
||Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We only ship International Orders Via US Mail & UPS. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you and processing/verification has occured.

- We offer cash back or store credit for all returns*
- We offer a cash refund (minus any fees) within 30 days.
- We offer a store creidt (minus any fees) back for items returned within 60 days.
- Please take a moment to examine your package and make sure you have ordered and received exactly what you wanted.
- Contact us immediately if you have any concerns so we can issue you an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- All returns MUST be accompanied by the Return Authorization Form. This must be filled out in full.
- All returned merchandise must be UNUSED, in NEW condition and in it's original packaging. Clothing must be returned with all tags. Clothing will not be accepted if washed, worn, or contains any smells that you would not want on your own clothing.
- Items retunred incomplete will be subject to additional return charges
- The approved RMA number must be clearly shown on the shipping label.
- If there is no RMA number on the box, it will be either returned to you or discard, because our receiving department would assume that it is an unauthorized return.
- Special orders or custom-made items are NOT returnable unless otherwise stated.
- Paintball markers and Airsoft guns are NOT returnable due to the nature of the product. There are no trial and buy periods. All guns/markers are covered under the manufactures warranty.
- Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
- Returned merchandise will be charged a Min. 15% restocking fee.
- Soil or Worn items will NOT be accepted.
- Customer assumes responsibility for any shipping charges on returns or exchanges.
NOTE: If there is a manufacturer's defect with your product, then please contact the manufacturer or Urban Ops and we will do our best to have the manufacturer issue a replacement for you. All guns/markers (airsoft and/or paintball) are covered under the manufacturer. We are not responsible to fix any markers/guns (airsoft and/or paintball). Please contact the manufacturer for further assistance with broken, damaged, or malfunctioning products.
We recommend that you ship by UPS or USPS with tracking. That way if we do not receive your package, you can have it traced.

Refunds on Returns
- After receiving your authorized return, we will inspect the items to make sure they meet the conditions of our return policy. (New Unused Condition)
- If the items do not meet those conditions, they will be returned to you.
- If the conditions are met, we will refund you the appropriate amount by the same method you used to pay for your order or by store credit.
- Please allow a week for the refund to appear on your credit card.
- We will not refund you for items damaged in shipping.
All warranties are covered by the manufacturer.
