Theres actually a high chance of winning because not that many people buy raffle tickets. The raffle is recorded and broadcasted over YouTube, so theres a lot of confidence. UOArmory is a very trustworthy business and gives much more confidence in that when they broadcast the raffle so you know for sure it was fair.
