The Type-68 paintball marker was designed as a training tool for an elite military force in China. It is also manufactured at a registered weapons factory in the PRC using actual production parts where possible.
It is the same length, size, and weight of the current issue Type-56 assault rifle used by militaries around the world.
Based on the AK-47, this is the most durable marker we have seen since the old VM-68. As far as the paintball marker components, it uses Spyder threads, side mount vertical feed on a double stack (twin tube) marker. After that, it uses all mil-spec AK parts, to include stocks, fake magazine, and adjustable sights.
It cocks from the right side, like an AK, shoots from an open bolt, and the safety on the right side works just like an AK.
This is not a light marker, weighing the same as a real AK. But you get a paintball gun that you could literally run over with a car and it wouldn't affect it. We will be manufacturing a few variants over the next few weeks to include an AKSU-74 Krinkov version, as well as an RPK light machine gun.
It comes packaged with an Allen wrench set and extra cup seal, a manual, and a real AK sling.
We can even tell you that IF a ball breaks, this marker will shoot through the break and not leave you weaponless while you try to clean out your barrel. The Type-68 only has an o-ring on the striker and two on the valve, and uses typical bottle o-rings. Maintenance and take down is super simple.
Rear stock comes off easily with quick release pins and internals/velocity adjustments are in easy reach. If you want, the rear stock can be removed completely and you can play stockless. |
